From 1st to 3rd June 2009, the Secondary Vocational Electrotechnical School in Poprad-Matejovce, Slovakia, was a place of the final project meeting of the Comenius project, funded byt he European Union.

From 8th to 13th December 2008 our school was a place of a project meeting of the partner schools from England and Greece, that have been co-operating with our school on the Comenius project called „Together in Europe“ since October 2007

At the beginning of June 2008, the Comenius project meeting was held in Volos,Greece. The Slovak group consisted of three teachers and five students, who had been working on the project from the very beginning.
Opening Meeting in Thornbury

Within the scope of the Comenius Project, that belongs to the program of life-long learning, funded by the European Union, the opening meeting of three schools – from Slovakia, Great Britain and Greece, participating in the project entitled „Together in Europe, was held in Thornbury, England, on 13th – 17th November 2007.
